The cream can firm up or soften depending on temperature. If it melts, just pop it in the fridge, and it’ll be ready for use again shortly (though the consistency will be slightly denser).

For best results, store your tallow cream at, or below, room temperature. To keep it fresh, use clean, dry hands or a cosmetic scoop. Keep the container closed to protect it from moisture.
